This policy applies to products purchased direct from FIAR official website. We are very grateful for purchasing FIAR products and the initial trust.
Once the goods arrive at the shipping address and the delivery is complete, you can check that the packaging is complete first or if it is not defective. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our official service email support@fiar.com.
If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it, you need to contact us within seven days of delivery. Please send us an email to inform us of the order status and explain the reason for the return, we will deal with your case in time. Please ensure that the product is complete and has never been used before returning it. And return it together with the return label in the original packaging.
For returns that are not product problems, the shipping fee needs to be borne by the customer. Please email us if you have any questions.
